The Irvington Volunteer Fire Department spend their Saturday morning training on the ice at the reservoir. Members from Irvington and Hastings practiced life saving skills such as self extrication as well as one man rescues. All members were able to don cold water immersion suits and get on the ice and in the water. Both departments did great and stand ready for any emergency!
