Irvington firefighters responded to the Havemeyer Road Circle on Wednesday afternoon for a reported car fire. Upon arrival, members found a Jeep fully involved on a pile of leaves. The operator of a Jeep Wrangler got the vehicle hung up on the pile. Once stuck, the hot components of the vehicle exhaust ignited the Jeep and consumed the vehicle.
