On Saturday, October 4th, 2025, the Irvington Volunteer Fire Department held it's annual inspection. Members worked tirelessly all week cleaning the trucks, apparatus bay, gear, upstairs/downstairs, and every nook and cranny in between. Visiting chiefs, local and state officials inspected our members and each of the apparatus.

This year was made even more special as we celebrated two major milestones. Our 145th anniversary and 2-time Ex-Chief Michael Colantuono's 50th year of service. We'd like to thank all of those that provided proclamations for our 145th anniversary and awards for Ex-Chief Colantuono's 50 years of service.

To help us celebrate these milestones the following local and state officials were in attendance:
