Firefighters were dispatched to 1 Blueberry Hill Road early Friday evening to a report of fire in a single family home. Firefighters found fire burning in the basement ceiling, extending up through a wall to the roof. Quick work by the department and mutual aid companies kept damage to a minimum. The house was currently unoccupied due to renovations. No cause has been determined although it is not suspicious.
